GAZA - Duri combattimenti tra miliziani palestinesi e forze israeliane mentre inizia la conferenza di Annapolis A Rafah un civile sarebbe stato ucciso per sbaglio da un colpo di cannone. L'avvicinarsi dell'avvio della conferenza di pace di Annapolis non ferma la violenza nella Striscia di Gaza. Mentre nella città del Maryland si completavano i preparativi per l'incontro di questa mattina tra Bush, Olmert e Abu Mazen, a Gaza i miliziani palestinesi vicini a Hamas, che si oppone duramente alla conferenza, si scontravano con le forze israeliane. Il bilancio delle ultime 24 ore di combattimenti è di almeno sette palestinesi uccisi, in prevalenza miliziani. Quattro sono morti nella giornata di ieri e in nottata, altre tre stamani.
A Rafah sarebbe morto inoltre un civile, colpito accidentalmente da una cannonata, ma l'episodio non ha per il momento conferma ufficiale. Contemporaneamente sono aumentati i lanci di razzi e di colpi di mortaio contro villaggi israeliani del Neghev. Stamane un razzo è esploso presso il Kibbutz di Nir-Am, senza provocare vittime.
Miliziani palestinesi hanno anche cercato a ripetizione di deporre ordigni ai margini dei reticolati di confine. Ieri due di loro che tentavano di sistemare dell'esplosivo presso il kibbutz di Kfar Azza sono stati colpiti dal fuoco di un elicottero da combattimento. Un palestinese che cercava di fare altrettanto oggi presso il valico di Sufa è stato ucciso da una pattuglia di confine.
Sempre oggi due miliziani di Hamas sono stati intercettati nella zona di Jabalya (a nord di Gaza) da una pattuglia della brigata israeliana Golani. Uno dei due, a quanto pare, indossava un corpetto esplosivo. Un portavoce dei Comitati di resistenza popolare ha intanto avvertito che gli attacchi contro Israele sono destinati a proseguire nelle prossime ore, in concomitanza con la Conferenza di Annapolis a cui Hamas - che governa la intera striscia di Gaza - si oppone strenuamente. Nella giornata di oggi a Gaza si svolgerà una grande manifestazione di protesta contro quella conferenza.

Six of Al Qassam members martyred within the past twenty-four hours in Gaza Strip
27.11.07. Ezzedeen Al Qassam Brigades announced on Monday morning that one its members was martyred sustained of his wounds today morning. The Brigade said that Abed Al Hadi abed Al Karim Abu Al Jibin, aged30, was martyred sustained of his wounds during his national duty.
The Brigades added that Abu Al Jibin is a member in the manufacturing unit. He was wounded seriously and suffered from severe burns led to his martyrdom after three weeks of treatment.
The ZOF command acknowledged on Monday afternoon that seven of its soldiers were wounded in an ambush by the Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas Movement, in northern Gaza.
The Zionist press reported that seven soldiers were hospitalized after inhaling gas from a "smoke bomb" but without going into more details.
The Qassam Brigades said in a communiqué that its fighters ambushed ZOF foot patrol near Beit Hanoun Erez crossing in northern Gaza, detonated three explosive devices near them and fired RPG missile and a Battar projectile at them. It added that five mortar shells were fired at the crossing to cover for the retreat of the fighters.
The armed wing underlined that one of its field commanders Musab Ja'bir, 23, Ghassan Al Eila, 22, Jaber Khalil,20, were martyred in the operation after firing a number of mortars at the ZOF armored vehicles in the same area.
The Qassam communiqué said that the operation serves as a message to the "Zionist enemy and its criminal leaders who try to depict themselves as peace dove before Arab and Muslim leaders that shelling would be met with shelling and blood with blood".
In a separate in incident, Al Qassam Brigades mourned Fadi Assaf, 22. The Qassam communiqué said that Assaf martyred when he was ambushing the Zionist special forces in Jabalia camp, near Erez cross.
On Wednesday morning, the Zionist occupation forces raided Al Nahda neighborhood in Rafah city. The Zionist special forces assassinated one of Al Qassam Brigades' members in front of his house.
The Qassam communiqué said that it mourned the mujahid Ali Mohammed Al Sufi, 21, during his defending his area.
Medical sources confirmed the martyr of the mujahid Mohammed Al Sufi, 21, from the Qassam Brigades during his clashing to a Zionist special forces raided Al Nahda neighborhood east of Rafah city.
The Zionist army open fire at a number of the Palestinian citizens. That led to the injury of the two brothers Ibrahim and Sa'id Harb and arresting their III brother Ramsey with four other citizens from the neighborhood.
